    Dear Dr. Renato Cappelletti;
    First of all, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for taking time out of your busy schedule
    to make a lecture at the 108th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Dermatological Association to be held
    in April 2009. As you already may be very well aware, the JDA is one of the largest dermatological
    societies in the world, and we are expecting more than 3,500 dermatologists gathering all over from
